Certifications are issued independently by Islamic Finance Space (ifSPACE). They are not accredited by AAOIFI or by any regulator unless a program page states otherwise.

It is for corporate, real estate and SME finance teams, investment account and treasury staff, and Shari'ah reviewers who work with equity-based financing. It covers partnership and modern companies (AAOIFI Shari'ah Standard No. 12), including diminishing musharakah, musaqat (SS 50), mudarabah (SS 13), profit distribution in mudarabah-based investment accounts (SS 40), profit calculation (SS 47) and protection of capital (SS 45).

How it works: study the linked course Partnerships and Profit Sharing, then sit a 40-question certification exam in 75 minutes. The pass mark is 70%, and the certificate is valid for three years.

This is an independent ifSPACE certification. It is free, it is not an AAOIFI qualification, and it is not accredited or endorsed by AAOIFI or any regulator.
