• What we collect: name, email, country, optional professional details, learning progress, assessment results, payment records (we never store card numbers) and certificate records.
• Why: to provide courses, grade assessments, issue and verify certificates, process payments and support you.
• Certificate verification: the public verification page shows only the holder's name, certificate title, issue and expiry dates and status.
• Your choices: you can update your profile, export your data and request account deletion. Payment and certificate records may be kept where the law or certificate verification requires it.
• Processors: hosting, database, email and payment providers process data on our behalf.
