Certified Sukuk Specialist: study modules
What sukuk are, the main types and trading rules, and protecting sukuk holders
Introductory · 3 hours · 9 lessons · Language: English and Arabic · ID: IFS-COU-0036
Sukuk let governments and companies raise funds by selling ownership in real assets instead of borrowing at interest. These three short modules explain, in plain language, how sukuk differ from bonds, the main types of sukuk and when they may be traded, and the rules and governance arrangements that protect sukuk holders.
Each module has a reading with a worked example, slides, study notes and an 8-question practice quiz. Together they prepare you for the Certified Sukuk Specialist exam.
These study modules are independent educational material written by ifSPACE in its own words. They are not affiliated with AAOIFI and are not a fatwa.
